Everything a lead touches, from 1st click to 5th referral.
The platform is built around the way a customer actually moves, not the way software companies carve up their product lines. 5 stages. 1 database underneath all of them.
Get more leads through the door.
Put a net under every source you already pay for. Ads, organic, referral, walk in, inbound call. It all lands in the same database with the source attached, so you can finally prove which channel paid for itself.
Follow up in seconds, not the next morning.
Speed decides most deals. The sequence fires the moment a lead lands, keeps working while the office is shut, and hands off to a human the second somebody replies.
Quote, sign and get paid without leaving the record.
The invoice, the card on file and the pipeline stage are the same object. When the payment clears, the deal moves itself and the owner gets told. Nobody updates a spreadsheet.
Ask for the review at the moment they are happiest.
The request goes out on its own once the job is marked done. Strong ratings land on the public profile and onto the client's site. Weak ones come straight to the owner instead, before they end up in public.
The cheapest lead is the one already in the database.
Most businesses sit on thousands of old contacts and never speak to them again. Cut a segment, write it once, send across SMS and email, and watch the calendar fill with people who already know the name.
Built for an agency running other people's businesses.
Most platforms serve 1 company. This one serves a dozen.
Snapshots clone a finished client build onto the next one in about a minute.
Workflows run the follow up whether anyone is at the desk or not.
1 inbox threads SMS, email, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and web chat per contact.
A mobile app so the client's team can answer from the van.
Agency reporting shows which account made money, not just which one was busy.
Conversation AI answers the first questions and books straight into the calendar.
Put your name on it and sell it as your own software.
Put your logo on the platform and a retainer they review every quarter becomes infrastructure they cannot rip out.
Your logo, your domain
Clients log in at your address, on your domain, and see your name in the corner of every screen.
You set what they pay
Charge what the market in your niche will carry. The gap between that and your flat monthly fee is yours.
Packaged, not rented
Load a snapshot with the funnels, workflows and calendars for 1 industry, and you have a product to sell, not hours.
Recurring by default
Software revenue renews on its own. It is the difference between chasing next month and compounding on last month.
What reselling it is actually worth.
Your platform cost is flat. Your revenue is not. Drag the sliders and see where the 2 lines separate.
Based on the Professional plan at $297 per month with unlimited client accounts. Usage for phone, email and AI is billed on top and is normally passed through to the client.
3 plans. No setup fee. No contract.
Every feature on this page is in every plan. What changes is how many clients you can run, whether the platform carries your brand, and how much usage credit is included.

About usage. Phone calls, text messages, emails and AI actions are billed on what you use, at cost, on top of the plan. Most agencies pass this straight through to the client, and on the Professional and Premium plans you set the rate you pass it through at. There is no minimum and no commitment.
Came here from The AI Agency Method?
The book lists YourMarketingSuite as part of the C9 Execution Stack, where it is bundled with the rest of the tool set at a reduced rate rather than bought on its own. If that is the page you were looking for, it is over here.
Questions before you sign up.
Is every feature really in the $197 plan?
Yes. Every plan carries the full platform: CRM, pipelines, funnels, websites, email, 2-way SMS, calendars, forms, surveys, chat widget, workflow automation, Conversation AI, invoices, payments, courses, memberships, reviews and social scheduling.
What changes between plans is how many separate client accounts you can run, whether the platform carries your own branding, and how much monthly usage credit is included. It is not a feature ladder where the useful things sit behind the higher price.
Do I need to be technical to run this?
No, but be realistic: it is a platform, not an app with 3 buttons. Setting up the first client account properly takes an afternoon. The 2nd one takes 15 minutes, because you can save the first as a snapshot and load it.
Everything is built with drag and drop editors. Support is available around the clock and there is a library of ready made workflows, funnels and calendars to start from rather than a blank page.
What is a client account, and how many do I get?
A client account is a complete, walled off copy of the platform for 1 business. Its own contacts, calendar, pipeline, numbers, branding and users. Nothing crosses between accounts.
Standard includes 3. Professional and Premium are unlimited, which is the reason most people move up: the maths stops working the moment you sign a 4th client.
Can I put my own brand on it?
On Professional and Premium, yes. Your clients log in on your own domain and see your logo and colours. As far as they are concerned, the software is yours.
That also means you set what they pay for it. What they pay you and what you pay for the platform are 2 separate numbers, and the gap is your margin.
What costs extra on top of the monthly fee?
Anything metered: phone calls, text messages, emails sent and AI actions. These are billed on usage at cost, on top of the plan, with no minimum spend.
In practice this is small, and most agencies pass it through to the client rather than absorb it. On Professional and Premium you set the rate you pass it through at, which for a lot of people turns a cost line into another margin line.
Can I move my existing tools and data over?
Yes. Contacts, tags and custom fields import from CSV. Calendars, payment processors, ad accounts and analytics connect directly. Anything without a native connection can go through Zapier or Make.
The sensible way to do it is 1 client at a time rather than all at once. Move the noisiest account first, watch it run for a week, then move the rest.
Is there a contract, a setup fee, or a minimum term?
None of the 3. It is month to month, you can change plan in either direction whenever you want, and you can cancel from inside the account without having to talk to anybody.
I am reading The AI Agency Method. How does the bundle work?
The book lists YourMarketingSuite as 1 part of the C9 Execution Stack, alongside the chatbot platform, the white label fulfilment services and the software discounts. In that bundle the platform comes in at a reduced rate against buying it here on its own.
If the bundle is what you were sent to find, the details are on the C9 Execution Stack page. If you only want the platform, the 2 plans above are the way to get it.
Fewer logins. 1 bill. Same work, done in 1 place.
See what your stack looks like as 1 thing instead of 14.
Month to month. No setup fee. Cancel any time.
